At Negative Apparel, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
